Adjusting the Height

Once the desk has been reset, the digital display will keep
flashing for 2 seconds and a beeping sound will notify you
that the process has completed.
Note:
The desk will return to the previous height position if you release any of the
buttons before this process is complete.

Presetting the Desk Starting Height

The original preset height is 25.5 in. If not indicated with correct
height, press
to lower the desk to the minimum height.
Continue to press
for 5 seconds to activate the starting
height setting mode. (The digital display will keep flashing) and
shows the current height.

Adjust the digital display to the correct height (25.5 in) with the

keys. Once you are satisfied, press “

at the same time for 3 seconds until the digital display stops
flashing. This will confirm that you have successfully set the
starting height.

On the LED screen attached to the front of the table,
press the up or down arrow to set the worksurface
to the desired height.

Press the “M” button followed by one of the preset
number buttons (1, 2 or 3) on the LED screen.

The table is now programmed to automatically
reset to this height whenever the preset number
selected in Step 2 is pressed.

Setting the Memory Position Buttons

Adjust the desk to the desired height, then press M for
2 seconds. The digital display will flash for 5 seconds.
2Press 1, 2, 3 or 4 to assign the desk’s position to the
respective button.
Note:
If you don’t finish this procedure within 5 seconds, the handset will log out
memory setting mode automatically.
Keep pressing 1, 2 ,3 or 4 to move the desk to memory position.

The table is not running
Evaluation
Is the power cable connected to the main power
supply with correct voltage?
Solution
Connect plug to main power supply to make sure
the voltage is ok. If not then try to connect a lamp.
Make sure that all plugs are inserted correctly in the Check all connections.
control box and to the columns.
One or more columns/cables are defective.
Look for visible damages on cables, control box
and columns.
Perform resetting and run a bit upwards. If a column
will not run upwards after resetting, it is defective.
Damaged parts must be exchanged - contact
supplier.
The table operates irregularly or is tilted
Evaluation
Visual observation.
Solution
Perform resetting.
The table stops and can only run downwards
Evaluation
Is the table at its highest position?
The table could be overloaded.
Solution
When the table has reached the maximum height, it
can only run downwards.
Remove some of the load and perform again.
The table will only run downwards even though the frame is not overloaded
Evaluation
Visual observation.
Solution
Perform resetting.

The table always stops at the same position, before reaching maximum height
Evaluation
Has the system been programmed to this specific
height?
Is the table at its highest position?
The table could be overloaded.
Solution
Perform resetting.
When the table has reached the maximum height, it
can only run downwards.
Remove some of the load and perform again.
Not all columns run when you run the table downwards
Evaluation
The columns that does not run could be defective
or the cable connection for the column is not ok.
Solution
Check all connections, then perform resetting. If
a column will not run upwards after resetting, it is
defective.
