The firm raised the issue regarding civil estimation for cable trench in some of exiting PSS in
Gaya District. EEE (Project), Gaya committed that civil estimation will be made available to the
firm up to 5th April-2015.
(ii)
The firm requested to clarify rates for construction of New Control roorn to be constructed
under R&M head under BRGF Scheme. MD, SBPDCL directed to carry out the above said work
as per approved rate of BSPHCL. Civil as well as electrical estimation is already circulated to all
turnkey agencies of BRGF Phase-l and all ESElall EEE (Project).
The firm raised issue regarding non-utilization of procured VCB. EEE (Project),
Gaya/Jehanabad/Nawada has been directed to finalize the scope of VCB.

The firm committed to complete R&M Work for existing FSS by end of April 2015 except
work associated with extension of existing control room and construction of new control
room.
MD, SBPDCL directed the EEE (Project), Arwal & Aurangabad to regularly monitor the
progress of work as per target committed by agency.
