In case you do not have your own a/c, your assigned Consultant at the nearest Randstad office will assist you in opening a new bank a/c for the same. 2.4 medical examination (fitness test) As per your assigned client’s requirement, Randstad India may ask you to provide a medical examination report to check on your fitness levels to work productively on the assigned client’s tasks. 2.5 induction Your induction is an important part of the initial joining process & your assigned Consultant will assist you in understanding the terms, clauses in your appointment letter which would also include a brief explanation on the said policies. This induction can be a one-on-one process or in a group with your assigned Consultant at the nearest Randstad office or even at your assigned client’s site office. For queries on CTC structure, please contact the Consultant at Randstad office or the helpdesk at flexicare@randstad.in or 1800-420-9944. 4.2 reimbursement & incentives You will be eligible to claim reimbursements related to travel expenses, mobile / telephone / internet usage, or any other expenses only as per stipulated policies if decided by your assigned client. Incentives, if any, be it monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly too will be paid as per stipulated policies of your assigned client. 4.3 4 know your pays (KYP) provident fund (PF) Compliance being a critical part of our partnership, we cover all EWs under Provident Fund except for professional consultants & employees above 58 years of age. You will be entitled to your employer's contribution of 12% of your basic salary alongwith your own deduction of 12% towards provident fund. You are required to fill & submit Form 2 pertaining to nomination & declaration with your assigned Consultant at the nearest Randstad office. Please make note of a few important points relating to your Provident Fund: n Your PF is linked to pension, as your 10 years of continuous EPF contribution entitles an employee to pension. n You can transfer in or transfer out your PF by filling Form 13. n You can withdraw your PF once you attain the 58 years of retirement age or on submission of a declaration and an attested letter of unemployment or on taking up any overseas employment. n PF withdrawal form can be submitted 2 months after your last working date. On changing jobs, the EW will still get a new PF account no. from the new employer but will get linked to this unique UAN no. Thus, UAN will be like an umbrella for multiple PF a/cs allotted to an EW by various employers. ESI scheme will provide you the below major security benefits: 4.6 employee state insurance Employee's State Insurance Scheme is an integrated measure of social insurance designed to protect you against any sickness, disablement, maternity or even death due to employment injury. This scheme provides medical care to the insured person as well as his / her dependent family members. Please make note of a few important points relating your ESI: n ESI contribution & deduction and the benefits of the same are applicable only if your Gross salary is less than or equal to Rs.15,000/- per month. n ·You are required to fill & sign the ESI declaration (Form I) form as enclosed in the joining kit & get the same submitted to your assigned Consultant at the nearest Randstad office. n You'll be eligible for employer's contribution of 4.75% of the monthly gross salary towards ESI alongwith your deduction of 1.75% towards ESI. You need to visit the ESIC as well as nearest Randstad office to register yourself as well as your dependent family members under the scheme. You can continue to avail all medical & super speciality treatments by providing the details of your existing Pehchan card to the nearest Randstad office. In case you apply for a new Pehchan card, you cannot avail the super speciality treatment till the completion of 92 days of working. n Full range of medical care to you & your family dependents. n Maternity benefits to women EWs during confinement, miscarriage and medical termination of pregnancy. n Disablement benefits n Funeral expenses gratuity You will be eligible for gratuity once you cross 5 or more years of continuous service with Randstad. The same however will be paid only in your full & final settlement with your then assigned client. 4.5 n insurance If applicable as per your assigned client's requirement, you will be eligible to avail benefits under mediclaim as well as Group Accident policy as mentioned in your letter of appointment. For details, please connect with your assigned Consultant at the nearest Randstad office. 4.7 bonus You will be eligible to be paid bonus as applicable either monthly as part of your CTC structure or annually as a one-time payment. 4.8 leave You will be eligible for leaves as per your State Government's regulations. The same will be in sync with your assigned client leave policy & would require your adherence to the same. Any leave taken without prior intimation or approval of your assigned reporting client manager will be construed as Leave Without Pay & would invite deduction of salary towards loss of pay. You can connect with us at flexicare@randstad.in or call 1800-420-9944 5.1 employee responsibility Below are a few key self-responsibility areas which we would want you to adhere to for your own health & safety: n Follow the said safety rules as applicable to your workplace at all times. n Do not enter your work premises while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other substance which may endanger your health or safety and/or that of any other person. n Get familiar with the fire safety procedures at your workplace. n Always let someone know where you are going & your expected time of return. n Report any health & safety related incident whether they result in injury or not to your assigned Randstad Consultant. 5 5.2 we n Wear safety gear & equipment as per your work-related environment. n Do not operate any machinery unless you have been trained and authorized to do so. personal property Any personal property like handbags, wallets, mobile & including bike, car, bicycle, etc. which is left in & around the premises of Randstad India or any of its clients, is entirely at care for you (health & safety) the owner's risk. You are hence strongly advised not to leave any such valuables unattended. Neither Randstad nor its client will be held responsible for loss or damage to your personal property left in & around the mentioned premises. 5.3 access keys There might be locations at your client's site where access is restricted. If allowed, you'll be provided with an access key or a card. The same needs to be held by you in safe custody at all times. Understand in detail the different types of fire fighting equipments installed at your workplace. Follow rules on speed limits & wear safety gear while riding bikes, scooters or driving cars. n Get familiar with fire safety procedures at your workplace. Do attend fire safety 5.8 no smoking, tobacco chewing & alcohol consumption Smoking, chewing of tobacco or any tobacco-based products & consumption of alcohol you've been trained in. Inform your assigned client's facility or security manager or is strictly prohibited inside the premises of Randstad & any of the offices of its esteemed the said emergency numbers provided at the client site. clients. These surveys or interviews are either conducted telephonically or online or in person & are organised by Randstad. These purely relate to you as our esteemed EW to our client site & encompasses points on your working with us & our / your assigned client. 6.2 employee referrals We encourage you to refer Randstad as a great place to work for your relatives, friends & other contacts in your world of work. 6.3 grievance redressal If in case you have any complaint or grievance with Randstad or your assigned client, we encourage you to immediately reach out to us instead of directly approaching your client, using any one of the below modes of communication: 6 n Call on the Toll-Free number n Call or write a mail to your assigned Randstad Consultant n Lodge your complaint on the Randstad employee self-service (ESS) portal employee involvement You can connect with us at flexicare@randstad.in or call 1800-420-9944 7.1 identity cards You will be issued an Identity Card either by Randstad or by both Randstad & your assigned client. The same needs to be carried by you at all times i.e. pre-working hours while on the way from your home to work, during office hours & post-working hours while on the way from office to home. In case of loss of your ID card, you need to immediately report the same to Randstad or your assigned client for reissuing the same. 7.2 company property Any property, equipment or material provided to you by Randstad or your assigned client is deemed to be the property of Randstad or your assigned client respectively & not your own personal property. It's your responsibility to take care of such property & use it for official purposes only. In case of termination of employment or your resignation, these should be returned to Randstad or your assigned client as part of your full & final settlement process. Both Randstad as well as your assigned client reserves the right to recover any damage to its property, equipment or material given 7 to you for your professional work and / or damage of any client owned property at the time of your exit process. personal conduct 7.3 personal appearance and hygiene Unless any specific uniform / dress code is prescribed by your assigned client, you are required to dress up in smart formals and look presentable and professional at all times. In case you suffer or witnesses any such untoward incidents, n Salwar kameez Complaints Committee (ICC), details of which are available with your assigned n Saree Consultant. n As our responsible EW, you are expected to maintain personal hygiene & take care of hygiene at your workplace at all times. 7.4 7.7 disciplinary measures Non-compliance of company policies or misconduct can lead to strict disciplinary action anti-bribery against you in the below mentioned process: Randstad follows a strict no-tolerance anti-bribery policy which is applicable to all its n First, an oral warning will be issued EWs. Any incident or act of bribery either observed by Randstad or reported by any of n Second, a written warning will be issued n Third, an enquiry will be conducted n In case an EW is proved to be guilty of misconduct, he / she will be terminated from its esteemed clients will lead to immediate termination of employment of that particular EW. 7.5 please feel free & important to report to Randstad's POSH Act dictated Internal data and confidentiality You will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement at the time of your joining employment n In specific cases, legal action may also be taken up. which states that the confidentiality of private & proprietary information should be maintained at all times. No such confidential information learned during the course of your employment with Randstad should be disclosed to any other third party. Any data, file or document of which you are in possession should be returned to your assigned client or Randstad before closure of the said assignment. Any violation of the NonDisclosure Agreement will be dealt with very seriously & may even lead to immediate termination of employment. 7.6 sexual & general harassment Sexual harassment refers to any kind of unwanted & unwelcomed sexual demands, favours or acts by another person such as use of obscene language intended to embarrass someone, unwanted body contact & violation of one's individual privacy & You can connect with us at flexicare@randstad.in or call 1800-420-9944 8.1 termination of employment 8.1.1 voluntary: In case you want to resign from your services, you need to discuss the same first with your assigned client's reporting superior & then submit a resignation letter to Randstad. On receipt of the letter, Randstad will initiate the exit process which includes consulting your assigned client's reporting superior before accepting your resignation letter. You need to serve the stipulated days of notice as per your assigned client's work related policy & consult your assigned client's reporting superior on the same, failing which will result in adjustment of 15 days salary from your full and final settlement. 8.1.2 involuntary: Your employment with Randstad may be terminated under the following circumstances: n Unexplained absence from work n Serious misconduct n Redundancy of a position 8 n Unsatisfactory job performance n Violation of Company policies n Non-compliance of the Code of Conduct termination 8.2 policy renewal of employment Your tenure of employment might or might not be renewed for a further period based on your assigned client's work requirement or your performance feedback. 8.3 absorption In case you are absorbed by your assigned client, you'll still have to submit your resignation letter to Randstad. Your full & final settlement will be proceeded post receival of the said resignation letter & within set timelines.
