Summer camps for children & teens
Daytime and evening workshops for adults
Dear Friends of the Gallery,
This summer we offer a variety of camps and workshops to suit your schedule and interests, for
the creative of all ages.
We are particularly excited to share with you a new program for teens who are contemplating a
career in the arts. This is an opportunity for a select group of high school aged students with an
interest in art related careers, to participate in a 5 day intensive program gaining behind- thescenes experience. The program will include a chance to curate an exhibition, explore our vault to
understand the challenges of collection storage, as well as participate in workshops led by artist/
educators in mediums of their choice (including printmaking, digital art, drawing and painting and
more). This unique opportunity will provide students’ with experiences to help them speak with
confidence about art practices and help them make informed decisions about their post-secondary education.
We hope that you will make the AGB a destination this summer –stroll through our galleries, grab a
snack in snack alley, browse through the Art Etc. gift shop or take a moment to enjoy the summer
weather in our courtyard, we are open for you and your guests to enjoy 7 days a week.
Warm regards,
Leslie Page
