About Speakers
Philip Chong
Philip is an Executive Director with the Enterprise Risk Services practice of Deloitte Southeast Asia, leading the
Governance, Regulation & Risk practice. This practice comprises of more than 100 professionals and provides
enterprise risk management and IT governance services.
Philip has over 26 years of experience in the industry and in recent years has led a number of leading edge
business and IT management consultancy projects in Singapore and the region, ranging from the design and
development of governance frameworks to risk management frameworks, enterprise value and portfolio
management models. He has been personally involved in 20 enterprise risk and governance projects.
Philip has also contributed the chapter titled “The Role of Enterprise Risk Management in a Sound System of
Internal Controls” for the book titled “From Conformance to Performance: Best Corporate Governance Practices
for Asian Companies” in collaboration with Prof Mak Yuen Teng of National University of Singapore.
Tang Ke
Tang Ke is a Director and SAP GRC solution lead with the Risk Consulting Services practice of Deloitte. He is
responsible for SAP GRC engagements which include SAP GRC Roadmap Advisory, Deloitte SAP Continuous
Control Monitoring Advisory, SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, Fraud Management and Risk
Management Deployment.
The successful deliverance of more than 15 SAP GRC projects by Tang Ke and his team has also led to several
accomplished SAP benchmark projects that are widely shared across the SAP GRC global forums. He is the
forerunner in leading a Deloitte Risk Consulting team to work with SAP closely, to achieve ‘Best Organization
Run SAP, Run SAP with BEST Governance’ through the innovation and combination of Deloitte Risk Consulting
knowledge and SAP GRC product capacities
Jomar Nieva
Jomar Nieva is Deloitte Vietnam’s Director – Enterprise Risk Services & Business Advisory Services. He has
over 18 years of international consulting work experience in risk/business consulting in the Asia-Pacific region
with a number of global consultancies and Big Four firms. He has worked in more than 10 countries across Asia
Pacific and spent the past 13 years in Singapore.
Throughout his career, Jomar has led business and risk consulting projects in areas such as enterprise risk
management /operational risk management including integration of risk management and capital management.
He has conducted numerous Operational Risk Profiling, Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and Business
Process Management projects for various industries such as insurance and heavy industries (i.e. energy, power
and telecoms). He has also assisted insurance companies comply with regulatory standards and codes of
practice in relation to ERM, Corporate Governance, SOX 404, Internal Controls and Solvency II.
He has spoken on topics ranging from risk management best practice frameworks (i.e. COSO, ISO 31000),
integration of risk management and performance management, effective risk financing strategies using ERM.
Jomar has also spoken in numerous public seminars, conferences, training programs across Asia-Pacific and
written articles on the topics of Enterprise Risk Management.
