Auxilium International is seeking a Cyber Security Specialist that will assess the security posture and mitigate findings of Command and Control (C2) systems, servers and networks at Air Operation Center (AOC) Fielding locations and Test/Integration labs for Recurring Event (RE) content releases. The candidate will work closely with the C2 Fielding SMEs, Network Engineers, and Lead for interface and interoperability items, documentation and schedule. Examples of tasks the contractor may be required to perform include: Utilize security tools to scan servers, both physical and virtual, based on DISA STIG requirements Interpret scan results to identify findings and provide suggested remediation techniques Evaluate security of overall network design and configuration of network devices Support preparation for government security test events to include development of documentation Interact with key personnel from multiple security organizations Minimum Required Skills/Qualifications (Cyber Security Specialist): Bachelors degree and eight (10) years minimum related engineering experience, or a Masters degree and seven (8) years minimum of related engineering experience, or 15 years of related engineering experience. Knowledge with security scanning tools. Familiar with DOD Security requirements for IT systems Familiar with VMWare virtualized environment. Familiar with network security to include firewalls, access control lists, security settings Knowledge on how the AOC systems are utilized and operated is a plus.
