ACF Kurdistan Region of Iraq JOB VACANCY - One (1) Stock Keeper(M/W) Based in Sulaimani-Zalla Job Reference: ACF/KRI/SU/017/04-2015 Action Contre la Faim (ACF) is an international non-governmental organization working in more than 40 countries in the fields of nutrition, food security and livelihoods, water sanitation and hygiene, and care practices. ACF is looking for one (1) Stock Keeper for its programs in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Work place: Based in Sulaimani/Zalla+ Geographical area covered by ACF-KRI programs + travels and trips as required by the programs Type of contract: Fixed-Term Contract of 48 hours/week for 8 months (with the possibility of extension) Salary: 1 252 200 IQD + Benefits Main Assignment: manages the store: equipment, material, hygiene products , etc Diploma / Level of studies: University - training in stock management and experience as a storekeeper Requirement Skills: : Command of reading and writing – Good ability to work in shifts – Command of arithmetic – rigour – meticulous – Knowledge of English Main activities -  Manage the stocks : Guarantee that the procedures and instructions of stock management are followed; Keep all documents related to stock management up to date.  Ensure that the stores are hygienic and clean: Check daily that the store is clean and is regularly disinfected and ventilated; Check the temperature and humidity of the store  Manage cargos and shipments: Complete the various dispatch documents; Supervise preparation and charging of products and equipment  Check the quality of the materials to be stocked : Examine the deliveries : quantity, quality, documentation; Report any problem with the quality.  Support the Logistic department in the procurement process - Depending on the logistic department needs HOW TO APPLY: Closing date: May 5th 2015 Qualified candidates must submit a Cover Letter and a Resume including 2 professional references in English + a Copy of their Degree/Diploma + a Copy of their ID and Residency Card if Applicable to: recruitment-su@iq.missions-acf.org, Applicants must indicate the Job Title and the Job Reference Number ACF/KRI/SU/017/04-2015 in the email subject line.
