GOALS
Joint marketing:
• participation in large, joint projects and competitions;
• participation in international exhibitions and business missions;
• general communication and promotion of the BACC name.
By working together and cooperating, to reduce production and
overhead costs and increase competitiveness in international markets.
In cooperation with audit firms, to organize/coordinate necessary training
according to iso/Ts 16949 and other standards.
To provide consulting and assistance to companies regarding the use
of EU structural funds in implementing technical and technological
solutions, expanding business, and developing and applying industry
innovations.
GOALS
Consolidated purchase of raw materials.
Internal cooperation among BACC members – strengthening relations,
development of the service/product value chain.
Development of joint investment projects.
Cooperation with academic institutions:
• to work closely with vocational schools and universities in helping the
industry prepare targeted professionals;
• to develop training programs in conjunction with academic institutions;
• to cooperate with universities in the fields of scientific research,
innovation and applied business.

The bacc exports more than 90% of its production.

The Kėdainiai Free Economy Zone is an enhanced industrial
solution with an ideal location, a developed infrastructure,
a qualified labour force and the support of local authorities.
It integrates industrial know-how and offers various plots of
land with value added services such as production relocation,
building project handling and support, production and supply
chain optimization, equipment selection and servicing,
cluster and shared service development, and logistics.
