I am pleased to inform you that the Land Transport Department Brunei Darussalam will host
the Land Transport Working Group Meeting (LTWG) on 20-21 May 2015 in Bandar Seri Begawan.
I am also pleased to inform you that the convergence meeting between the BIMP-EAGA
transport working groups and the BIMP-EAGA Customs, Immigration, Quarantine and Security
(CIQS) Working Group will be held on 19 May 2015 at the Rizqun International Hotel, Bandar Seri
Begawan as part of the agenda for the 10th BIMP-EAGA CIQS Working Group Meeting to be held on
18-19 May 2015.
On behalf of the Land Transport Department Brunei Darussalam, it gives me great pleasure
to invite you and your delegation to attend the above meetings. Please note that the exact venue for
the LTWG Meeting will be advised shortly.
Enclosed, are the Tentative Program and Registration Form for both meetings. To ensure
