“Coming out of Hibernation”
April 18, 2015
Building A Better Boyertown
3rd Saturday in April
In the past years Building A Better Boyertown (BBB) has hosted a series of community events on the
3rd Saturday of each month. With the permission of the Borough of Boyertown, BBB’s Annual Coming
out of Hibernation will take place on April 18, 2015.
BBB’s Coming out of Hibernation will take place between Washington and Chestnut Streets on
Saturday, April 18th. The event runs from 11am - 2pm. New this year will be the Colebrookedale
Railroad Preservation Trust hosting tourist excursions on their restored passenger cars! Purchase
your train tickets and catch a ride on the Secret Valley Line. Also new this year, don’t miss Twisted
Art presented by Philly Pretzel. We will have sports themed games, a sports moon bounce, chili cook
off, tree photo contest, a bear debut and much more!
Sponsorship for the event is being offered to the businesses. We are offering sponsorship opportunities
below. The deadline for this opportunity will be April 1st, 2015. Businesses sponsoring the event will
have their logo placed on all literature going out to the community, including posters and cards that are
distributed through the Boyertown Area School District.
If your business is interested in sponsoring this event, it is the responsibility of the business to provide
your own service area, stand/booth, equipment, and personnel as well as set up and tear down for the
vending area. We also will offer any sponsoring business an opportunity to include their literature at
the BBB information table if you are not able to attend the event.
If your business chooses to sponsor the event but does not wish to have a vending area, your business
may donate that location to a civic group of your choice.
If you have any questions or would like to participate in sponsoring this event, please contact
Building A Better Boyertown office at 610.369.3054 or manager@boyertownpa.org
Very truly yours,
