$5.00 Fitness is back with Township of Brock’s Spring Fitness Programs 2015!!
Looking to get that beach body ready in time for the summer season? Township of Brock Spring Fitness
Program Schedule is here and we have everything you need to get in shape for the summer!
Township Fitness programs run on a drop-in basis, meaning you are not required to pre-register. Programs
will begin April 13 and continue until June 25, 2015.
Popular classes such as Kickboxing, Boot Camp and Yoga are returning, and we are introducing a few new
classes – Warrior Fitness, Tabata, and Wicked Waist Wednesdays to really get you moving!
Note: Times and locations may be different from the Winter Schedule.
April 28: No Kickboxing or Warrior Fitness
May 5: No Yoga Class in Beaverton
May 18: No Classes
Class Cancellations:
In the event of bad weather, instructor illness, holidays, emergencies etc. class cancellations will be posted on our
Facebook page. We do our best to try and contact participants ahead of time, but in the event you are unsure,
contact your instructor, recreation coordinator, host facility or check the Facebook page for updates at “Township of
Brock Sport and Recreation”

We will bring focus to finding the connection between our
breath, mind and body as we flow through a series of yoga
postures that will leave you feeling calm, focused and
energized. Classes are for all levels – no yoga experience
necessary!
Are you ready to kick your fitness into high gear? Warrior
Fitness is fat incinerating high intensity interval training that
will give you that lean, shredded looking body you've always
wanted! Warrior Fitness combines strength, core, and Mixed
Martial Arts Conditioning with High Intensity Cardio. You'll
burn body fat and lose inches like never before! Bring a mat
and water!

fun. This class will focus on full body conditioning.

class, build some abs and get your beach body ready. This
class will focus mainly on core strength. Bring a mat and

Are you ready to kick your fitness into high gear? Warrior
Fitness Kickboxing and MMA (mixed martial arts)
Conditioning will help sculpt your body into a fantastic new
you! Each 1 hour authentic kickboxing workout will leave you
feeling great as you kick and punch away your stress and
extra pounds. Join us for this 11 week session and start
burning 800+ calories a workout and make 2015 your fittest
year yet! No experience necessary. Taught by certified
Fitness Kickboxing Canada Instructors.
Tabata is an intense cardio/strength workout! In this class
you will push yourself as hard as you can for 20 seconds of
cardio/strength exercises followed by a 10 second rest. This
series repeats 8 times through. Then onto another set of
exercises. You will burn fat and increase your endurance!
You will feel the burn but the time will fly! Bring a mat and
water!

Township of Brock Summer Day Camp
The Township of Brock Summer Day Camp is for children aged 4-12 and is a great way for your kids to keep active, make new friends
and have fun this summer! Camps take place at the arenas in Sunderland, Cannington and Beaverton weekdays between the hours
of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Registrations for the 2015 Summer Day Camp program will be accepted commencing April 1, 2015.
Super Early Bird Discount—Register before May 1, 2015 and receive $20 discount per week per child.
Early
Bird Discount–
Register before June 1, 2015 and receive a $10 discount per week per child.

Each week of camp features fun themes, and a field trip at no additional cost! Trips this year are:
Cedar Water Park, Neb’s Fun World, Bowmanville Zoo, Putting Edge, Elmvale Zoo,
