Terms and Conditions of Booking

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY & STUDIO HIRE
Booking:
A booking can only be confirmed after receiving the full payment.
Payment & Cancellation:
All studio bookings must be paid for at the time of your booking. This ensures your selected time and date can be confirmed
quickly and all confirmation paperwork can be generated and sent via email.
All payments are non-refundable but any time booked at Brussels Street Studio can be re-booked within one calendar month.
Set Up/Breakdown time:
The client must include set up and breakdown time within the booking, this will avoid any overtime charges and/or other client
bookings running into or over each other.
Minors:
The client must ensure that all persons under the age of 18 have parents’ or guardian’s permission to be at the studio.
For the purposes of any photography or filming, any release forms from agencies, parents or guardians must be provided.
Brussels Street Studio is a non smoking facility and unfortunately we do not accept animals on site.
Use of Equipment:
The client may not without written consent of Brussels Street Studio:
(a) Remove any equipment from the studio premises; or
(b) Modify, alter or tamper with the equipment in any way; nor
(c) Use the equipment in a manner not recommended by the manufacturer; nor
(d) Allow the equipment to be used by any untrained or unauthorised persons.
(e) All equipment must be returned, checked and signed off promptly at the end of the hire period in the condition it was given in.
(f) Use of any background papers on the studio floor will be charged at £15 per metre for 12 feet widths and £12 per metre on 9 feet widths.
Breakages, Losses and Damages:
The client hiring the studio is responsible for all breakages, losses or damages caused to the studio or equipment by him/her, or
any other associated persons hired by the client during the use of the studio.
All equipment and services are supplied by Brussels Street Studio entirely at the risk of the client. Brussels Street Studio shall
not be liable for any loss or damage to materials/props or equipment, including consequential loss and loss of profit however
caused, arising out of the use or the inability to use the equipment supplied or agreed to be supplied.
No alterations, decorations or additions to the studio are permitted without the written consent of Brussels Street Studio. The
client shall pay any costs incurred by Brussels Street Studio arising out of any breach of these conditions.
The client must notify Brussels Street Studio at the time of supply if the condition of the equipment is not acceptable.
Brussels Street Studio shall not be liable to the client for any loss, damage, expense, or for any consequential loss (including loss
of profit) whatsoever or howsoever arising out of or in connection with any of the following sections:
Any damage to or loss of property by the Client or the Clients assistants (employed or contracted) or agents or any third party:
Any breakdown, stoppage or failure of the facilities and equipment provided in the studio or any other equipment supplied to the
client by Brussels Street Studio.
Termination:
Brussels Street Studio may terminate any hire contract if the client be in breach of any of the Terms and Conditions set above.
