Why a Primary Careers Conference?
The Goldsmiths’ Company, Netley Primary School, and Camden Local Authority have
collaborated to create the second Camden Primary Careers Conference.
Camden’s vision
“where every child and
young person has a
chance to succeed and
where nobody gets left
behind”.
This is an exciting and forward thinking event
for 9-10 year olds to be inspired about careers,
think about the future and hear from a diverse
group of people; young and old who have
made a real impact on their surroundings.
The Council aims to “build
employability and entrepreneurship
skills, and particularly at a younger
age range…..collate, share and build
on good practice in careers education
and entrepreneurial activity in
primary schools”
The Equality Taskforce Report 2013
“We are already planning our own careers event.
Thank you for the great inspiration!”
