Eligibility: Carroll County graduating senior accepted at an accredited college and interested in pursuing a career in early
childhood education. Min 3.0 cumulative GPA.

Eligibility: Carroll County graduating senior with outstanding citizenship traits and involvement in student service
activities and extra-curricular activities; 3.0 or higher GPA; Financial need may be a consideration.

Eligibility: Senior runners with participation in Cross Country and/or Track and Field at least 1 season per year during
their 4 years of high school; minimum weighted cumulative 3.0 GPA; must have maintained Academic and Conduct
Eligibility during the four years of high school; and must be a current member of the Eldersburg Rogue Runners and

Eligibility: Carroll County student who plans to pursue the dramatic arts in college. Does not have to be a Drama major.
Student plans to use the dramatic arts in his/her chosen field of study (drama teacher, stage craft, drama therapy, etc).

Eligibility: High school seniors who plan to attend a four-year college, community/junior college or career school.

Eligibility: A student must be dependent, a Maryland resident student and eligible for the Auto-Zero EFC calculation on
the FAFSA. (Auto-Zero EFC families have adjusted gross incomes of $24,000 or less and file the 1040A or 1040EZ tax

46) Maryland’s Guaranteed Access Grant (GA Grant) –
Type: Local
Eligibility: Students with high need (see Maryland Pathways Program above).
