This heifer is sired by Duracell out of a Flat Out Down. This 1/2 Maine
heifer will make a pretty cow that you can go a number of ways with in
regards to breeding options. She is estimated to calve in mid-August to
our Mr. Anugs bull.

These four Angus cross heifers are estimated to calve within a two-week

Overview of Sunflower Supreme Replacement Heifer
Strict guidelines
All heifers that are certified by the purple eartags have met
strict guidelines in regards to health and reproductive care.
All heifers come with documents supporting their management and have been 3rd party verified by Extension personal
at Kansas State University. An overview of minimal requirements that all heifers have met are described below:
Health:
classification minimal cutoff values for Calving Ease EPD
were determined based on percentile ranks within each
respective breed association.
All heifers bred by A.I. have a minimum accuracy of 0.60 for
Calving Ease EPD. All sires (A.I., natural service, and cleanup bulls) must have met EPD requirements prior to use on
heifers. Maximal breeding season is 60 days, with an additional caveat that A.I. heifers must have a 14-day gap between
A.I. date and clean-up.

Consigner information is provided with heifers in this catalog and any specific questions about the heifers or management contact the consigner.

Heifers were checked by veterinarians to determine normal pelvic shape and reproductive tract and that heifers
had a minimum of 130 cm sq pelvic area
Sire Usage and Breeding:

All sires used to breed Sunflower Supreme heifers are registered with a known breed association and were approved prior to use based on criteria described online and
with educational packets. To summarize, for each breed
Coffeyville Livestock Auction has online bidding options
available via CattleUSA.com.
A survey will be sent to buyers within the year to capture
heifer performance information. The survey will help in future directions and guideline requirements for the program in
order to continually improve the product.
All information is true to the best of our knowledge and
Sunflower Supreme certification occurred once all requirements were met.
