CALL FOR TENDER Context of the expertise mission Appointment of an external consultant to implement the E‐learning module in the frame of The MedGeneration project: “Mobilising economic Diasporas for the development of Mediterranean countries” driven by ANIMA and co‐financed by the European IEVP‐CT MED program. The project is carried out in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Beirut & Mount Lebanon (CCIA‐BML), the Palestine Information and Communications Technology Incubator (PICTI), the Palestine Investment Promotion Agency (PIPA) and the Jordan Investment Commission (JIC). I‐ Contract specification 1‐Nature of contract: Services agreement. 2‐Contract description: Development and Implementation of the E‐learning module in the frame of The MedGeneration project. II‐ Conditions of participation 3‐Eligibility: Companies or individuals based in Lebanon. 4‐Profile of the expert: a‐ At least 15 years of experience in the field of international economic cooperation project; b‐ Good knowledge of the relevant expertise in ITC technologies needed to handle the project; c‐A previous experience in the scope of Mediterranean cooperation would be a plus. III‐ Provisional timetable 5‐Provisional period of the Call for tender: From the 20th till the 26th of March 2015. 6‐Provisional starting date of the contract: The 27th ‐28th of March 2015. 7‐Deliverables: The 09th of April 2015. IV ‐Selection and Award criteria’s 8‐Selection criteria’s: a‐Professional and technical capacity of the candidate; b‐According to the specifications (here in attached) provided by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry of Beirut and Mount Lebanon (CCIAB) and Anima, the contractor will be able to: i‐ build an E‐learning platform, in English, French and Arab languages which will be linked to Medgeneration website www.medgeneration.eu. ii‐ set up a right of access to the platform of specific learners. iii‐ monitor online all the external contents (text, pictures and videos). iv‐ develop group of communities. 9‐Award criteria’s: Best value for money.
