Sales Team Member
We are very proud of our stores as they give us a chance to show off our amazing products, people
and brand. We want to make sure that every customer that visits one of our stores has an
exceptional experience and leaves delighted, telling others about the fantastic products and service
that we offer. At the moment have five stores, three in London (Tottenham Court Road, Westfield
White City and Westfield Stratford), one in Trafford Centre Manchester and one in Glasgow with
more on the way.
We are looking for people to join our store teams. You don’t need to have retail experience we can
give you that but you need to be able to deliver an exceptional customer experience, and be
passionate about building relationships with customers and share their enthusiasm, energy and
passion for our products and brand.
So if you have a positive, can-do approach to work, have exceptional people skills, computer literate
and like achieving agreed targets then we would love to have a chat with you. Having an interest in
furniture and interiors is helpful but more importantly you will have a background in a customer
facing role Remember we are more interested in your attitude and approach.

Please note that this role does mean some weekend work and part of the role involves receiving
deliveries and some manual handling, which of course you will receive full training on. You will be

Overview of the role
As a part of the sales team, you will show exceptional customer service in our store at all times,
dealing with customer queries and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.
You will represent the Company, our products and brand and build relationships with our customers,
sharing their enthusiasm, energy and passion for our products and brand.
Key duties and responsibilities

Selling our products










Meeting agreed KPIs
Building relationships with our Customers
Advising customers on products
Understanding customer needs.
Resolving customer queries and issue in person and on the phone
Proactively managing quotes
Working as part of a team
Use our in-house system
Receiving regular deliveries from our Warehouse, helping with lifting and moving customer
collections
Supporting the Store Manager with store layouts.

The package






Sales team - £14,000 pa + commission/bonus scheme. Basic pay rises to £16k pa on
successfully promotion to senior sales
Holiday entitlement - 28 days including bank holidays
Employee discount - 30% discount is available on full price items, sale items that are below
this level can be increased to the 30% level. Discount at the same level is also offered by DFS
and Sofa workshop.
