Australia’s leading catastrophe management solution.
The Role
You will be assisting in development & implementation of business strategies and plans by
analysing and evaluating current systems and structures. You will identify opportunities for
improvements by using work flow charts, records, reports, manuals and job descriptions. Your aim
is to capture current processes, identify areas for process improvement and assess the varying
capabilities of the current team with the aim of enabling teams to focus on value adding activities.
The following are a broad outline of the skill-set that we are looking for to support this project:









Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate dialogue
A business & strategy background with solid understanding of general business
operations, particularly transactional processes.
A proven ability to connect with stakeholders at varying levels and build credibility quickly
A methodical approach to problem-solving with attention to detail and ability to readily
identify key areas of improvement
Workshop facilitation, process agreement and presentation
Strong understanding of Business Process Management
Desirable
Experience using a broad business analysis skillset to capture requirements.
Experience working in FMCG / Manufacturing Domain to aid credibility.

About You
You will have:
 Relevant work experience
 At least Bachelor Degree in Business or Commerce
 Relevant Work in Marketing ( will be advantageous )
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
 Excellent customer service skills;
 Proficient computer skills (e.g.: word, excel, outlook);
 High attention to detail;
 Excellent time management skills;
 An ability to work autonomously;
 Flexibility with working hours (as surge requires)
