TACONIC STATE PARK & HILLSDALE, 30-Minute Tour Start by taking the Taconic State Parkway to the Rt 23 exit. Head east toward Hillsdale, about three-and-a-half miles on Rt 23 until you see a “National Beauty Award Highway 1969” sign and make a right on to County Rt 11A, which will soon become County Rt 11. At County Rt 27, turn left and continue until you reach County Rt 7. Make a right on to Rt 7 and drive about a mile to County Rt 7A, then turn left and continue into Copake.
