Vertical Knits is, as its name implies, a vertical apparel company that
manufactures knits, activewear, T-shirts, Performance Apparel and Intimate
Apparel starting with fabric, knitting, dyeing, cutting and sewing through
finishing, screen printing, embellishment, garment wash, embroidery and
packing.
OUR RESOURCES
We have the resources to manufacture and embellish garments to your
specifications or to help you design items to complete your creative vision.
We can work with tubular or sideseam patterns, men´s, women’s, junior’s,
boys or girls in a variety of knitted fabrics.
Our unique position as a truly vertical operation means full control of the
process, quality and lead times. We have been compliance certified by some
of the biggest names in apparel.

STYLES AND GENDERS
We provide fashion and basic knitted tees and tops in short sleeve, long sleeve,
pocket tees, sleeveless, raglans, ¾ sleeves, ringer tee, as well as knitted
shorts, pants, skirts and other types of products. We produce men’s, women’s
and youth items.
TYPES OF FABRIC
· We produce tubular and open width knitted fabrics, with 100% cotton
(also Organic) or 100% polyester, as well as blends with a combination of
cotton, polyester and rayon fibers in different compositions, including lycra.
· Jersey, Rib, Interlock, Terry, Pique and lycra, capabilities
· Heather and solid colors depending on the customer needs
· Tubular widths from 17 to 32” and open width
· Weight range from 3.0 oz to 7.0 oz

Our comprehensive approach to reducing our environmental impact means

more energy-efficient industry and facilities, conserving the energy and water
we use and recycling , we are pushing ourselves to reduce the environmental
footprint of our business operations.
KNITTING
We have 29 Vanguard knitting machines with a production capacity of around
300 ton per month in two shifts 7 days a week. Every roll is inspected and
audited by a quality team using a 4 point system and all necessary tools to
ensure that each lot of production meets the required standard.

Vertical Knits has a Bruckner tenter frame machine that gives the capability of
special finishing for open width goods. It can be used to control fabric torque and to
apply special finishes. It is used for 100% Poly and Poly/Spandex blends, Tri-Blends
and lightweight fabrics. We can apply finishes for wicking, UV protection and antimicrobial.
