Saturday, June 21, 10 a.m. To celebrate National Pollinator Week, come learn about their importance, how to attract them to your area, and how you can help ensure their survival with a presentation by Texas Parks & Wildlife entomologist and bee expert, Mike Warriner. Join a Citizen Science project to help monitor the three beautiful migratory dragonflies that move through this region and, and learn how to identify their characteristics. Wednesday, July 2, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Kids nature lovers, parents, and scout groups are invited to join this nature discovery outing. Ages 5-15. Reservations required beginning Wed., May. 14. are invited to a fun-filled, one-day camp. Using props, games, and hands-on activities, day campers join together in “families” for a journey to Texas.
