AQUAPONICS W ORKSHOP Texas A&M AgriLife Extension of Brazoria County presents an IntroducƟon to Aquaponics Workshop Friday April 24, 1:00 pm—4:00pm Join Texas A&M AgriLife Fisheries Specialist,, Peter Woods and Andrew McArdle, for an informa ve short course on the basics of aquaponics at the Brazoria County Extension Office. Peter Woods will discuss the difference between hydroponics and aquaponics, the basic concepts of aquaponics, plants and fish suitable for aquaponics and provide examples of some commercial opera ons. Andrew McArdle, formally with Texas A&M AgriLife Research at the Weslaco Experiment Sta on where he developed hydroponic systems.
