Booking Conferences/Interviews on Compass
Logging in
1. Visit our school website www.cranbourneeastps.vic.edu.au and click on the Compass School Manager
link.
2. Enter your unique Username and Password, previously provided to you in a letter or email. If you are
unsure of these details, please email the school on cranbourne.east.ps@edumail.vic.gov.au . Parents
must log in using the Parent Username and password as bookings will not be available through Student
accounts.
Student Led Conferences/Parent Teacher Interviews
The Booking System will open on Monday 25th May 2015 at 4:00pm.
1. After logging in Home Page, select the Community icon in the menu bar on the top left-hand side. Click
on Parent/Student Teacher Conferences in the drop-down menu.
2. Click on June 2015 Student Led Conferences/Parent-Teacher Interviews for your child/children. You
will then be taken to the Conference Bookings page. (Note: If your child attended CEPS in 2014, you
will also see last year’s Interview events listed).

3. To make/modify/cancel a booking, follow these steps:
4. To book an interview with your child’s Home Group teacher, select an available time of your choice by
clicking on the date/time link. Your child’s Home Group Teacher’s name will then appear in a drop down
menu for you to select.
The name of your child’s HG Teacher and Room location for the Conferences/Interviews will appear here.
Once you have completed the booking, the following message will appear at the top of your screen:
An option to print your bookings is available on the right-hand side of the page.
If you do not have access to the internet or require assistance, please contact the school.
Please turn over for a list of questions for you to consider asking your child throughout the
Conference to assist them.
