One-on-one meetings, study sessions and academic workshops all support a positive transition to UCR and promote new students’ academic, cultural and social success. Your role as a Chicano Link Peer Mentor is to connect with new UCR students. You would serve as a positive role model/mentor and assist incoming students with their transition to UCR and connect them to our UCR familia. It is important that incoming students receive information on campus support services like Chicano Student Programs. Chicano Link Peer Mentors must...
