HARDWALL BOOTH EXHIBIT
Each exhibitor is provided a Hardwall Exhibit Booth. Each hardwall exhibit booth receives graphic panels, fully carpeted, wifi,
lead retrieval and electric. The exhibit hall has adequate lighting. No lighting or attachments of any kind will be permitted to
be placed on this display other than what is provided.
Based on the size of your booth you will receive graphic panels. The quantity of graphics is based on the sizes below:
10’ x 10’ booths
10’ x 20’ booths
20’ x 20’ booths
2 graphic panels
4 graphic panels
4 graphic panels
The sizes of the graphic panels are noted on the line drawings shown on the next pages. Each graphic will be printed
directly on the sintra panel. If you notify us in advance no later than Friday, June 19 that you would like your graphics we will
prepare your graphics on flexible sintra which are rolled and it can be taken with you if desired.

Here are the guidelines for providing artwork:
 Provide files in .ai or .eps vector formats
 Must be good quality and resolution (200-300 dpi is ideal)
 Provide logos with no background
 If original vector images aren’t available, a high resolution ‘press ready’ pdf file is acceptable
 All PMS and/or CMYK color codes must be submitted

All artwork must be received no later than May 1. A proof will be sent to you in advance for approval prior to printing of
panels. If no artwork is received, your graphic panels will have the AmericanHort logo on them.
