Active Living Market provides a one stop shop for families and citizens of all ages to sign up and learn about programs, activities and special events in our community. Over 40 recreation non-profit and commercial organizations gather in Pine Centre Mall to promote their programs, activities and special events at this recognized event. Groups registering for Active Living Market must be recreational in nature, offering programs, services and special events that promote active living. All registrations are subject to confirmation and registrations may be cancelled or changed if they are not deemed suitable. Registration for Active Living Market opens Monday, November 3rd, 2014. Recreation Non-Profit Organizations Booths # 1 - 33: $ 75.00 A not-for-profit group or registered society organizing leisure opportunities for individuals. Groups will be registered and incorporated with the Province of BC and have a volunteer board of directors. Recreation Commercial Organizations Booths # 34-40: $ 140.00 Organizations, offering leisure programs for a fee, with the intention of personal or organizational gain and/or where admission fees are charged and the community is not the main beneficiary. V2L 3V9 Active Living Market Active Living Market Information Important Notes Groups will be required to set up on Saturday morning from 8 – 9:30 am. Floor power will be available at each booth. Registration deadline is Wednesday, March 4th, 2015. NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS TIME. To register, call 561-7600, or drop by the Service Centre on the 1st Floor of City Hall. Groups can choose preferred booth placement. This is first come first served so please register early for best selection. Volunteers/Staff must be available during mandatory booth hours. Internet access is available in the mall. (pc vendor and password is March 3521) Registration and memberships may be taken but there is to be NO fundraising, selling of items, or soliciting (i.e. raffle tickets, t-shirts, posters, etc.) Mandatory Booth Hours (booth must be manned during these hours) SET-UP: BOOTH HOURS: CLEAN-UP: Saturday Saturday Sunday Sunday 8:00 – 9:30 am 9:30 am – 6:00 pm 11:00 am – 5:00 pm 5:00 pm – onwards Set-Up Information Power will be provided to all booths. Please bring own extension cords. Groups will NOT be allowed to hang anything outside of their booth allocations. Pine Centre Mall and the City of Prince George will NOT be responsible for any valuables left unattended. Booth Size: all booths have 2 chairs and 1 table (6’ for end booths and 8’ for side booths) and a backdrop curtain. Please keep your displays within the booth dimensions. Any modifications or special requests must be approved prior to the market. Table Backdrop Curtains Clean-Up Information 10 Feet Table 8 F E E T 4 Feet Groups are responsible for dismantling their displays: this includes removing all tacks and tape from curtains and tables, as well as removing all equipment and cleaning up their area.
