Booth Options – Please select one
Standard Booth: Located in the peripheral area includes 1 draped 8”X10” section, one 8”
skirted table, two chairs, two admission passes.
Price: $400.00/two days.

(an electrical drop is an additional $25/day – please include this fee with your registration fee)
Premium Booth: Located in a prime location includes inside the event centre. Includes 1
draped 8”X10” section, one 8” skirted table, two chairs, two admission passes.
Price $500.00/two days
Please note that these spaces and limited and some are not available with electricity

BOOTH CONFIRMATION AND SELECTION
Upon receipt of the full payment for the booth and electrical fees your booth spaced will be held
and confirmed. A confirmation of your space and booth number will be emailed to you no later
than March 31, 2015.
The doors open at 9:00 am each day (April 11 & 12) for all registered vendors. Please note that
there is no security provided after hours and any merchandise and equipment left overnight will be
at the discretion of the vendor and not the responsibility of the Pow-wow Committee.
5.
PAYMENT
Fees are due in full by March 31, 2015.
Tradeshow booth space will be made available to vendors on the waitlist April 1, 2015. Vendors
who have not paid for their tradeshow booth space (and electrical) by the deadline date will be
removed from the registered vendors list and the space will be reallocated and sold.
Please Note - submitting your registration form does not guarantee a space – your payment in
full before March 31, 2015 does

VENDOR RESTRICTIONS
Under the rules of Evraz Place and the Pow-wow Committee the following merchandise is not
permitted for sale at your booth or within the Brandt Center:
Food and beverages, Candy, Medicines, Feathers, Rattlers, Drums, drug-like
paraphernalia, tobacco, knives, weapons, pull tabs/nevada, raffles.
(The Pow-wow Committee retains the right to restrict vendors from selling prohibited products or services)
