The concepts and content are applicable to all renal patients and would be useful to any member of the health team. This workshop explores the unique features of Renal End of Life and the journey the patient and family live when dealing with the decision to stop dialysis. Communication and Advance Care Planning skills are reviewed and participants are given exercises to enhance their new knowledge.
