NO APPLICANT CAN MOVE INTO A UNIT UNTIL SCREENED & APPROVED

Please read the instruction sheet carefully. Please print and write legibly on all forms, filling out all requested information. Where it's not applicable, please put n/a.
When corresponding by email regarding this transaction you must put the property address in the subject line. The Application and all supporting documents,
including proof of application fee, must be submitted at the same time. Incomplete applications will be DENIED and you will be advised to resubmit the application
in it’s entirety.

Non Refundable Application fee is $100.00 per applicant, per tenant/purchaser over 18 years of age.
Married couples with the same last name will only pay $100.00.
Married couples with different last names will only pay $100.00 but must submit their marriage certificate.
FOR RUSH APPLICATIONS - $75.00 EXTRA.
If you were previously approved as a Short Term Resident at Cypress Chase A you will not have to pay the $100 fees. However, you
must submit a copy of the Approval Letter you previously received, with your new application.

Personal checks are not accepted.
1. If the package is being mailed or brought to our office - only Money orders or Bank Cashier Check made payable to:

If the package is being emailed, you can make a direct deposit to our Account at Chase Bank – Account Number 980310890.
To ensure that the funds are credited to the correct file and for us to track the deposit, make sure to write the complete property address on the deposit
slip and then add copy of your receipt, again with the property address written on the receipt to your application package and fax or email the ENTIRE
package to Sue at sbanks@upsblue.com with a copy to avanzal@upsblue.com

Please note: **INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE DENIED** Processing time does not start until a COMPLETE
application is received. Effective date of a lease has no bearing whatsoever on the time allotted for the Board of Directors to render its
decision.
PLEASE DO NOT CALL. If the application submitted is incomplete, IT WILL BE DENIED and you will be advised. Once we are in receipt of a COMPLETE
APPLICATION processing can take up to 15 days and sometimes more. If we are able to receive confirmation earlier, we will inform you.
