Bell-Knox-Whitley KY-ASAP Scholarship Application The Bell-Knox-Whitley KY-ASAP organization awards one $500 for the most deserving senior in each county (Bell, Knox, and Whitley), having shown the greatest effort toward drug prevention initiatives in her/his school and community. Applications must be received by April 30 of each school year. The Bell-Knox-Whitley KY-ASAP reserves the right to not fund any scholarships based upon the quality of applications submitted.
