1. No food vendors will be allowed to set up prior to 8AM on Thursday, July 23.
2. A vendor’s acceptance is for the current year only, and is not automatically renewed for
future years.
3. To be considered for the 2015 event, a $600 deposit for multiple item vendors is due
by 01/02/15, with a remainder paid in full by 04/02/15. Failure to meet the
aforementioned deadline will result in forfeiture of your vendor application for
DPI 2015- NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. No post-dated checks will be accepted.
5. Vendors must comply with all local and state food handling codes.
6. Vendors will position their tents or trailers set back 5-7 feet from the main walkway to
keep food and traffic moving and provide space for food lines to form.
7. Each site is 20’ X 20’. For multiple item food vendors, you may have up to 4 different
items for sale per site (not including drinks or French Fries).
8. Multiple-item food vendors are NOT permitted to sell any items reserved for
single-item food vendors. The following items are NOT allowed to be sold by multipleitem food vendors: funnel cakes, ice cream, kettle corn, frozen blended
drinks/smoothies, fresh squeezed lemonade, fudge, and roasted nuts. If you are
selling these items, you will be asked to remove them from your menu immediately. If
you do not comply, you will be removed from the event.
9. We will provide electricity (110 watts) free of charge- if your needs exceed 110 watts,
you will be required to bring a generator.
10. Vendors will provide all extension cords and plugs necessary for operation.
11. Limited water hookups are available.
11. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE THEIR SITE DISASSEMBLED BY 6:00PM ON
SUNDAY, JULY 26th. NO EXCEPTIONS.
*ALL FOOD VENDORS MUST BE IN CONFORMITY WITH THE ERIE COUNTY HEALTH
DEPT. REGULATIONS
