IAAP Summit 2015 kicks off with a three hour
Bootcamp, an inspiring workshop for Premium package
registrants. This third annual workshop is designed for
current and aspiring leaders who want to learn the ins
and outs of leadership in their workplace and daily lives.
Bootcamp boasts a high-energy, fulfilling, and dynamic
learning environment where attendees can learn to develop
and utilize leadership skills.
IAAP Summit 2015 offers tech-savvy features to enhance
your experience. With a conference app, free high-speed
WiFi, and paperless sessions, you’ll be light on your feet.

navigate, and learn with ease.
Saturday also offers a conversation-starting First-Timers
Orientation. If you’re new to the conference or IAAP, this

Back by popular demand the Summit City Stroll
is your chance to get your blood pumping first
thing in the morning. The stroll will leave you
refreshed, invigorated, and ready to take on
whatever comes your way at IAAP Summit! We’ll
hit the streets each morning for an energizing
group walk through downtown Louisville. Choose
your speed as one group will walk at a leisurely
pace for approximately 1 mile, while another
group will speed it up for a power-walk at a faster
pace for approximately 1.5 miles. Don’t know
the streets? Don’t worry. Each group will have a
leader to show you the way. This is a great opportunity to meet new people, get some exercise, and
see some of the city. Both groups will meet just
outside the Kentucky International Convention
Center at 6:00 a.m. each morning, Sunday, July
26 through Wednesday, July 29. Be sure to bring
your sneakers and workout gear!

How to Get Feedback
Become an Outlook guru with this advanced session for the current
Outlook user. We will create rules for your incoming messages and
work with social media and other applications, including exporting
and importing items to Excel and CSV files. We will create a Word
Mail Merge based on categories of our contacts and work with other
applications and Outlook. This session teaches you to customize
your views in Mail, People, and Calendar using tables, add/delete

Leadership Academy. IAAP Leadership Academy 2015 will span 16
weeks and kickoff at IAAP Summit 2015. If you're interested in gaining

• Ticketing: IAAP Summit 2015 Premium package registrants will receive one ticket to the Closing Celebration: Dinner & Party.
Premium package registrants may purchase one guest ticket (for individuals that are NOT registered for IAAP Summit 2015) for
$125.
• Seating: Get a table assignment for the Closing Celebration: Dinner & Party at the seating booth in the registration area. Those
wishing to sit together should have one person collect tickets from the group once they have registered and bring the tickets to the
seating booth for seat assignments.
• Table reservations: Attendees may reserve tables at the Closing Celebration: Dinner & Party for $150. 100% of the proceeds from
table reservations will be donated to Family Scholar House, a Louisville charity working to help single mothers go back to school

IAAP Summit cancellation policy
Cancellation and refund requests received in writing by May 23, 2015 will qualify for a refund, less a $100 administrative fee, per
registration. Refunds are not available to registrants who receive the corporate discount. Refund requests should be emailed no later than
May 23, 2015 to Summit@iaap-hq.org. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days. No refunds will be issued after May 23, 2015
at 5:00 p.m. CT.
Event payment
IAAP accepts check, money order, or credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) in U.S. Dollars. IAAP
cannot process registrations without full payment and a completed registration form. Once submitted to IAAP, the form of payment may

Registering for IAAP Summit 2015 is easy.
Just follow this step-by-step guide.
Step 1.
You will need to submit your IAAP Summit 2015 registration and fees before making your hotel
reservations.
Step 2.
Provide us your name, address, contact information and some easy demographic information,
designed to help us make your IAAP Summit 2015 experience exceptional.
Step 3.
Decide if you’re registering for a full conference package (Part A) or a day-by-day package (Part B).
If you are registering for a day-by-day package, refer to Part B of the form only.
Step 4.
If you register for the Premium meeting package select your preferred schedule for Saturday, July 25.
Step 5.
If you register for the Premium meeting package, please select your preferred Morning Marketplace
Premium Session: Monday, July 27 or Tuesday, July 28. Standard meeting package registrants will
have the opportunity to visit the Marketplace, Monday, July 27 in the afternoon only.
Step 6.
Support The Foundation of IAAP by attending their Celebration on Tuesday, July 28, 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.
