“Young Dragons of Asia” Entry details
The "Young Dragons of Asia"
Programme recognises outstanding
individual Marketing
Professionals, 30 years of age or
under, who work in any Service
Agency, non-Agency Company or
Government Department, and show
remarkable dedication, initiative and
potential, in their chosen career.
Who can enter:
Marketing Professionals under 30 years of age by 30 April 2015, within Agencies,
Marketing Departments of Companies or Government Departments, throughout Asia.
NEW !! Change in the Entry procedure from this year.
Entrants now need to just provide up to 700 words outlining the their current role and
responsibility in their Company, as well as important career achievements todate.
Entries need to be supported by one Testimonial from a Client and another from a senior
Staff Member as to why they think an entrant is worthy of the title of “Young Dragon of
Asia”. One entry is permitted from each entrant
How to Enter:
Each entry needs to be prepared in English, in a PDF format, Testimonials included.
Entrants can go to the Dragons of Asia Entry Web Site (dragonsofasia.org) and
complete the Entry Form denoting Category 17. Only the write up is needed.
The Entry
Section 1: Provide details of your career path, including any of your
achievements, so far.
This outline may include: Industry success, Company success. Personal
success or Professional success.
Maximum 400 words
Section 2: What do you think makes you a future Leader.
What attributes of leadership have you learned in your current position: Management
skills, Selling Skills, Presentation Skills, Team building skills, Activities outside your
workplace. Anything else ?
Maximum 100 words
Section 3: What represents success to you.
Maximum 100 words
Section 4: If you were in a position of management in your Company, what
improvements would you make in your Company or Industry, and why.
Maximum 100 words
Section 5: What 5 words best describes your personal attributes.
Five words.
Two Supporting Testimonials.
Within your entry PDF, provide a 150 word Testimonial from a Client and a 150
word Reference from a current Company Staff Member. Referee Names, Titles &
Company names will not be part of the 250 words, but need to be included in each
Testimonial.
The Awards.
Gold, Silver & Bronze ‘Infinity Dragons’ will be awarded to the entries deemed by Judges
to fit the criteria of being the 2015 “Young Dragons of Asia”.
Black Dragons Orders of Merit Certificates will also be awarded.
Conditions:
(i) Closing Date.
All entries need to be lodged in Category 17 on the PMAA “Dragons of Asia” web site
before 5pm (local time in each entrant’s country) 30 April 2015.
(ii) Entry Fee.
AUD$75 per Entry. Payment can be made via the PMAA “Dragons of Asia” Web Site,
using PayPal or Visa.
(iii) Judging.
All entries will be judged by a Panel of Judges, representing Clients and Agencies.
