BASIC INFORMATION
The Frogs Cheer Cup 2015 is a 8th competition of cheerleading and cheer
dance teams organized by Šolsko športno društvo Log-Dragomer (also known
as the “Frogs Cheer Team Slovenia”) and authorized by the Slovenian
Cheerleading Association (CZS).
Competition will be organized and executed in accordance with the CZS
competition rules.
Qualifications in all age categories and all divisions will be, if necessary,
carried out in the first part of competition (preferably until 14:00).
The competition is international and open, thus membership in CZS is not a
condition for application.
We expect that the Frogs Cheer Cup 2015 will host more than 600 athletes
from Slovenia and abroad (Austria, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Croatia), who will
be supported by more than 750 spectators and cheer fans.

DATE and VENUE
The Frogs Cheer Cup 2015 will be held in Vrhnika, Slovenia, on the 12th of April
2015 in a sports hall of the Anton Martin Slomšek School (Pod Hruševco 33,
1360 Vrhnika).
The competition in cheer dance will be executed on the wooden floor, and
competition in cheerleading will be executed on the gymnastic mats.

The Frogs Cheer Cup 2015 will be executed according to the “CZS Competition
Rulebook” which is public and can be accessed at these links:

REGISTRATION and FEE PAYMENT
Registration for the Frogs Cheer Cup 2015 is valid when completed
registration form is submitted to the organizer and when the registration fee
is paid.
Registration fee for the competition includes:
Right to participate on the competition
Payment-free photos (team, action and award winning ceremony
photos) produced by official photo team
Trophies for competition categories (from 1st to 3rd place)
Memorable medals for competition categories (from 4th place on) and
for exhibition category
Registration fee for substitutes is equal as for competitors. There’s no
registration fee for coaches and assistants.

All You Can Cheer:
Registration fee is not dependent on the number of athlete’s performances.
Each club can register max 2 performances in the same division.
Deadline for submitting registration form is 11.03.2015, registration
cancelations after this date are not accepted.
Deadline for registration changes (e.g. team member changes) is 18.03.2015.
Deadline for registration fee payment is 03.04.2015.

AWARDS for PARTICIPANTS
The official Frogs Cheer Cup 2015 trophies will be presented to the teams,
athletes and coaches in all competition categories for places from 1st to 3rd,
while all other participants will be presented with memorable medals.
Additionally, all competitors in Partner Stunt, All Girl Group Stunt, and
Freestyle Double Dance divisions in Junior and Senior age categories will be
awarded with free bids for Frogs Cheer Challenge 2015 (in September 2015).
A special competition will be organized for all spectators and cheer fans –
namely, the best cheer fan club will be awarded with a money prize of 200 €.

CHEER MADNESS LEAGUE
Cheer Madness League (CML) is a virtual association of two competitions,
namely the Frogs Cheer Cup 2015 and the Austrian International Open 2015.
For participants in these two competitions, performances in cheer dance and
cheerleading team categories will count for a special CML classification in the
following CML divisions:
cheer dance: Pee Wee/Junior/Senior freestyle/hip hop/jazz cheer dance
teams
cheerleading: Pee Wee cheerleading teams, Junior/Senior all girl/coed
cheerleading teams
Each team competing in the CML divisions will receive a certain number of
points according to its classification. Teams winning the most points in each
CML divisions in these two competitions will be honored with a title of the CML
league champions and will receive special CML awards.
Age categories and competition rules for the Frogs Cheer Cup 2015
and for the Austrian International Open 2015 might be different!!!

FROGGY CUP
All performances in Mini and Pee Wee age categories will be also evaluated for
a special championship called FROGGY CUP.
The FROGGY CUP will be won by an individual, doubles, group or team with the
highest relative score (i.e. the top % of all possible points received for the
performance).
The winner of this competition will hold the title FROGGY CUP Champion and
will be awarded with a memorable trophy and a sweet prize as well as with a
transient trophy for an official photo shooting.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Meals
On the competition day 3 different meals will be available for a price of 5.50 €.
You’re kindly invited to pre-order your meals, which will be served at a time
upon your request. You will receive your meal coupons at check-in on the
competition day, when you’ll also pay your meals in cash.
Official T-shirt of the competition
Participants of the Frogs Cheer Cup 2015 will be able to pre-order an official Tshirt of the competition for a price of 12.00 €. On the competition day, the Tshirts will be also available for a price of 15.00 €.

Accommodation
Upon prior reservation and order, a bed & breakfast will be available for a
price of 28.00 € per person for one night at facilities in Vrhnika or close to it
(e.g. Logatec).
Tickets
Entry fee for spectators is 5.00 € for adults, 3.00 € for kids up to 18 years,
while for children under 6 years the entry is free of charge.

JUDGES
The Frogs Cheer Cup 2015 will be judged by international judges who will be
nominated by the organizers in cooperation with a CZS judging committee.
