BIGGER • FASTER • STRONGER
The name of the game today is speed and
agility. Skating is the main ingredient for
any ice hockey player. We believe
breaking bad skating habits and creating
a solid skating foundation is necessary
before attempting to improve other
hockey skills. If you can’t skate you can’t
play hockey. It’s that simple. On ice we
will focus on skating and all other hockey
fundamentals. Off-ice will mainly consist
of plyometrics (explosive jumps), running,
and off-ice stick-handling. Will push all
players to elevate their tempo and pace of
the game, to give them the best chance at
improving at a sport they love.
