housing program for families! By providing a welcoming entry-point for
families in crisis, we can help to re-direct them to the appropriate services
that can most effec vely end their homelessness.

The mission of Pathways of Hope is to
help end homelessness and hunger in
Northern Orange County.
Pathways of Hope, Via Esperanza, is a project par ally funded through the
Children & Families Commission of Orange County Cataly c Investment
Fund. This fund, managed by HomeAid OC, is designed to address the lack
of emergency shelter for homeless families throughout Orange County.
HomeAid OC’s mission is to end homelessness through
Advocacy, Development and Service.
