New Employee Orientation
HR@AHSC offers a full range of on-site professional
human resources (HR) services and activities to
administrators, managers, faculty and staff of the
Colleges of Medicine, Nursing and Pharmacy and
the UA Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health.
In coordination with Central HR colleagues, HR@AHSC
provides assistance that focuses on employee relations,
organizational and performance consulting, professional
development, compensation, orientation and onboarding, and recruitment and screening strategies in
order to increase organizational capacity and individual
and unit efficiency and effectiveness.
