Ahlcon Parenterals (I) Ltd., B Braun (Germany) group company, has built up a state of the art plant at Bhiwadi (Rajasthan) to
manufacture lifesaving Intravenous Fluids and medical disposals by employing a highly sophisticated production process in line with
their global standards.
Project Requirements
Highly clean and hygienic environment demanded very high standards of solutions in the multilevel plant. A easy to maintain and solvent
free systems were required.
1.Plant area with normal air conditioning and dry process 10000 sqms
2.Plant area with high temperature exposure and wet process 800 sqms
3. Watertank lining 800 sqms
Sika Solution
The following Sika systems were recommended for the above areas in the same order:
Epoxy Flooring at 2+1 mm
PU Cementitious flooring system at 6 mm
Water based epoxy over a moisture barrier screed
Sika Products
The following Sika products have been used for the above areas in the same order:
 Sikafloor 290 Primer + Sikafloor 291 Screed at 2 mm + Sikafloor 261 hs at 1 mm
 Sikafloor 21 N (CN) PurCem at 6 mm
 Sikagard 720 EpoCem + Sikagard 67
