This Autumn, The Hive, our exciting new leisure development will
bring you a 9 screen cinema and several family restaurants. Along
with your shopping trip, you will be able to enjoy more family
time with a delicious meal and a film. There will also be a lovely
pedestrian boulevard to enjoy a stroll – weather permitting!

At your

Accessible shopping: Wheelchairs can be hired from the
Customer Services Desk located on the Upper Mall.
Amazon Lockers: Shop on Amazon? Our Amazon lockers
are located on the escalator landing outside Debenhams home
department. Just down the steps/escalator from River Island
and H.Samuel. From Amazon choose Click & Collect and from
the location, choose ‘Flax’ at intu Potteries.
Baby changing room: If your little cherub needs
freshening up or if you just need somewhere quiet and
private to breastfeed, visit our baby changing and feeding
room on level 6, next to the public toilets.
Bus drop off/pick up points: There are lots of bus stops
just outside on Quadrant Road and Stafford Street.
Cash machines: It’s only the Queen who can get away
without carrying cash so if you’ve run low, visit one of the
three we have available. The first is located on the Middle Mall
next to Millie’s Cookies, the second next to Topshop and the
third can be found on the Upper Mall next to the Customer
Services Desk.
Loop facility: Available at the Customer Services Desk
located on the Upper Mall.
Mobile phone charging stations: Isn’t it annoying that it
is always when you need your mobile phone that you realise
that the battery is low? Worry no more, we have installed
two free-to-use and secure mobile phone charging stations.
They are located next to HMV on the Upper Mall and outside
Melice French Patisserie on the Lower Mall allowing 30
minutes of free charging whilst you shop.
Parent and Child Parking Bays: These can be found on
levels 5 and 6c of the multi storey car park.
Photocopies: We offer this service at the Customer Services
Desk located on the Upper Mall.
Taxi drop off/pick up points: Taxis can drop you off right
on the doorstep on Town Road or Stafford Street. Please see
the referenced areas on the map.
