PRE-SCHOOL
Exploring Music
A program that introduces your little one
to the wonders of music. Children will engage their musical side through a variety
of music and song.
Exploring Sports
Develop your child’s physical abilities in
running, jumping, catching, throwing, kicking, hopping and more. Children will be
introduced to a variety of general sports
fundamentals. Parents are encouraged to
participate.
ADULT
Boot Camp
The boot camp program combines cardio,
strength training with weights and core
conditioning, along with agility exercises.
Program benefits: fun and effective full
body workout, feel strong and confident,
improve posture, increased energy and
endurance.
Cardio Kick-Fit
Kick-fit is an empowering cardio workout
designed to unleash your energy and kick
your way to a healthier you! It starts with
a combination of karate, boxing and a variety of unique cardio moves. Supported
by driving music, followed by strengthening exercises inspired by a range of martial
arts disciplines.
Cardio, Balance and Strength
Cardio, Balance and Strength is a great
energetic workout combining cardio,
strength training and core stability designed to give you experience with a variety of training techniques to achieve an
optimal full body workout. This class will
also include flexibility, agility and coordination training. This is a program for individuals who want to learn something new
and work hard to achieve optimal fitness.
Circuit Training
Burn calories by increasing your heart rate
as you move through the challenging exercise circuit. Learn a variety of simple techniques to get you into shape. Circuit training allows multiple exercises to be done
at once with timed rotations of cardio
moves, strengthening exercises and core
conditioning. Benefits: improves muscle
coordination, strength, balance, flexibility
and also increases your fat-burning and
cardio ability.
PiYo
Get an ultra-lean and intensely defined
physique without bulking up or straining
your joints! Take the very best Pilates and
Yoga inspired moves, crank up the speed
and you get full throttle cardio, strength,
and flexibility training all at once.
Stroller Fit
A fitness program for pre and post natal
participants and caregivers. Walk, jog or
run your way to a fitter you by working
out with your baby in a stroller. Discover
the benefits of interval fitness while learning how to incorporate exercise into your
daily routine and meet other caregivers.
Don’t worry about the weather, on inclement weather days we’ll workout inside.
Yoga 1 (Hatha)
Learn the basics of Yoga. Participants
should take this course if they are new
to yoga or enjoy balance and pose yoga
classes. This program is designed to enhance circulation, improve flexibility and
calm your nervous system through exercise and efficient breathing techniques.
Focus on flexibility, meditation, breathing and your inner soul. You will learn the
moves and gain the skills and experience
required for the intermediate yoga class.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
Yoga 2 (Vinyasa)
Improve posture, balance, strength and
flexibility while relieving stress and focusing on body alignment and breath control.
This session builds on the foundations
taught in Yoga 1. This class will include
breath-synchronized movement, with a
performance of a series of poses called
Sun Salutations. It is recommended that
all participants have some knowledge of
yoga in order to get the full benefits of this
class. Please bring your own yoga mat.
Zumba®
Ditch the Workout. Join the Party. When
participants see a Zumba® class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to
high-energy Latin and international beats.
Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring!
There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba® Fitness Party. It’s easy to do, effective
and totally exhilarating, often building a
deep-rooted community among returning
participants!
Fit Start
New to fitness, or want to get active
again? Fit Start is an effective way to start
building cardio endurance, gain strength
in your muscles and work on the confidence to join other fitness classes. The
class is taught at a beginner, low impact
level to help you get back into your fitness
routine.
