Declaration forms must be handed to the organizer fully completed 30 minutes before the start of the class (or they will compete HC) 2. No changes will be accepted to any entries after 1pm on Thursday 26thJune. 3. All classes will be run under British Riding Club rules 4. Flu certificates will be checked in accordance with BRC rules. Failure to produce a valid vet certificate will incur elimination. It will be at the organizers discretion whether to allow competitors to ride HC 5. The organizers and land owners will not hold themselves responsible for any incident or injury to riders, owners, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever, however caused. It shall be deemed a condition of entrythat each entrant shall agree to indemnify the organisers against any legal action arising from such incident. 6. Competitors must wear correct dress and all hats must be tagged.This can be done on the day but please allow plenty of time. Tack will be checked in accordance with BRC rules, riders not complying will not be allowed to compete. 7. The decision of the judges and/or organizers are final 8. The judge reserves the right to disqualify competitors of unsportsmanlike conduct or abuse to the horse/pony. 9. Any objection must be made in writing within 30mins of closing the class to the Show Secretary accompanied by a deposit of £20.00, which will be refunded if the complaint is upheld. 10. Dogs are permitted on site, but must stay in the lorry park area. In this area they must be kept on leads and all mess cleared up. 11. All litter and droppings are to be cleared from the lorry park. 12. Riding clubs are respectfully reminded that a preliminary entry means a commitment to pay the area fee. 13. All entries for classes 2-10must be made on official BRC entry forms. 14. All competitors in the Music classes must be BD music or full BD members for copyright purposes. Your music choice must be registered with BD and be on CD, clearly labelled using the labels provided by BD. Back up copies are recommended. 15. A photographer will be present, please inform the secretary if you do not wish you or your child to be photographed. 16. All clubs must provide one helper per team entered. The club helper’s form must accompany entries or teams will be eliminated.
