Show Rules
1. Clayton “Bud” Calkins Memorial Livestock Classic will
not be held responsible for any injuries, damages to
property, or loss of property for the duration of the
show.
2. The show’s management reserves the right to alter
and/or combine classes as it sees fit.
3. All exhibitors will be required to keep their stalls clean
and to clean area and stalls out after the show.
4. Pre-entries are preferred but not required.
5. All bonafide 4-H and FFA members are eligible to
enter.
6. Show committee reserves the right to remove from
the grounds any exhibitor, animal, or person that may
be deemed objectionable.
7. Space is limited so be prepared to show out of your
trailers.
8. Exhibitors must show their own animals unassisted
unless they have more than one animal in the same
class. If the exhibitor has more than 1 animal
showing in the same class, another show exhibitor
may show the other animal. The owner is required to
show the highest placing animal in any championship
drive.
9. All animals must be owned by exhibitor.
10. Any unruly animal or loss of control of such animal will
be dismissed.
11. No intact male animals will be allowed to show.
12. The beef show will be a “Full Fit” show.
13. Weight limit on hogs will be 165 pounds with a 10
pound weigh back.
14. All market goats must be born after 12/1/2014
15. All beef must be born after 1/1/2014
16. Showmanship age divisions: (as of 1/1/2015)
Senior: 14-19 Inter: 10-13 Junior: 7-9 Under 7
17. Must be at least 5 animals of any breed or will show in
AOB class.
18. Announcements day of show take precedence.
19. Judges decisions will be final.
