The rules are pretty simple:



You must be 15 to 25 years old.
Films must be 30 sec to 3 min long
Submission deadline is December 31, 2015
The Right to Life Educational Foundation of Kentucky selects one
winning submission. The winner receives $250 cash prize, 2 free
banquet tickets to the Right to Life of Louisville Celebration of Life
Banquet, where the winning film will be shown.
