The site is designed to accommodate an industrial development of 594,000 square feet. Situated at Exit 8A with over 1,000 feet of Turnpike frontage, the property is located halfway between New York City and Philadelphia, and proximate to the Port of New Jersey. Modern amenities such as 36 foot clearance height, ESFR, 185 foot truck court, abundant excess trailer parking for up to 173 trailers and 284 autos, as well as T5 lighting have been incorporated into the design of this cross-dock building.
