MB Start Employment series: Every Saturday from 9:00am– 1:00pm
ends May 23rd, 2015.Employment Program to help you learn about the
Manitoba job market, help with resumes, job search and more.
English Conversation Café : Wednesday, May 21st 6:00pm-8:00pm.
Guest speaker will be a teacher. Listen and share stories about settlement and qualification recognition from a teacher. Learn what you need to
become a teacher in Canada!
Computer Tutoring Drop-by tutoring at 930 Jefferson Avenue on Monday
evenings 6:00-7:30 and Wednesday afternoons 1-3pm. Call Jose if you
have any questions. No pre-registration required.

Workshops for Newcomer Parents- 10 SPACES LEFT!!

Saturdays from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm - until June 6, 2015—at 950 Jefferson Avenue- workshops will be held in helping parents deal with improving communication with their children, as well as finding balance between
this new culture and their own culture. For more info and to register,
please call Salinder at 632- 1716. Free childcare provided! Available in
Punjabi as well!

country? Contact a settlement worker for help getting your international qualifications recognized in
Canada.
Employment assistance: Are you looking for a job? Come and get assistance with finding a new
