These equipment are used for measuring flow in continuous. These systems are less precise than
the firsts but are very compact and are mounted where isn't enough space. All metal parts, that
touch the product, are stainless steel AISI304 or AISI316

VOLUMETRIC DOSER
In order to obtain mixtures of flours is necessary to add additives (eg gluten, malt, etc. ..). With
these dispensers is possible to obtain mixtures for different uses with accuracies of 1 .. 3%. All

GRAVIMETRIC DOSER
For more precision BER produces dosers with load cell. This is applied both the volumetric to

AUTOMATION FOR THE GRINDING MILLS CEREALS

CONTROL DEVICES CLEANING SLEEVES FILTERS
BER has recently released the new FLT family of devices for monitoring cleaning of bag filters.
This device is fully digital, it has a color touchscreen and an optional differential pressure for the
complete management of the cleaning of the filter. It exists in 3 versions:

DAMPING SYSTEMS
The automatic damping system is constituted by:
 Moisture probe with included flow weighing plate
 Hydraulic panel for damping
 Automatic water dosing device
The moisture probe is enclosed in a stainless steel housing, mounted on a sliding frame frame
for its extraction during inspection and maintenance. The detection probe is designed for
realime determination of hectolitre weight, temperature and dielectric constant of the product.
Such information is processed for determination of incoming initial moisture percentage. The
flow weighing plate and instantaneously detects the throughput of product entering the
damper. Once determined the incoming product moisture, and its throughput rate, a
microprocessor calculates the quantity of water that shall be added to the product flow for
reaching desired final moisture content, and arranges for setting the hydraulic section for its
addition. It is also possible to program and memorize various different working programs that
correspond to the same number of different processing, plus one for emergency or
maintenance.

PACKAGING
LOW CAPACITY SYSTEM PACKAGING
This is the low capacity line (from 0,5 to 1
kg) to fill and close preformed paper bags
for granular and powder products. The
machine works In linear mode, completely
mechanically without the help of vacuum
pumps or suction caps.
The dosing units systems are completely
electronically controlled according to the
latest technologies. The line is fitted with
electronic check weighing system and feed
back control.
The picking of the empty bags and their
opening are due to a vacuum generated by
a simple air turbine. The movement of the
filled bags is positioned onto a vibrating
channel that allows the exact filling. Before
the closure there is another check-weight
control.
The wrong weight bag is automatically
ejected. The closure can be executed in
different ways (hot melt, hot sealing,
labelling or seaming).At the end of the line
the bags are folded, pressed and closed with the printing of data and production lot.
We can also supply lines complete with: weight control systems, automatic bundling machine with
heat shrinking ovens, transport and pillarization for single bags or sachets.
