screens let your operators enter duct and fittings
quickly and accurately. The comprehensive fitting
library includes thousands of fittings which can be
used in projects ranging in size from residential
projects to large industrial applications, while tools
such as the automatic segmenting and shape nesting
tools to help drive efficiency.
EXTENSIVE FITTING LIBRARIES
Having the right tools in your shop can make all the
difference; this includes the having the right cutting
software with an extensive and customizable fitting
library Vulcan is the tool to use. Vulcan provides an
extensive set of fitting styles and fabrication options

AUTOMATIC FEATURES
For shops looking to increase efficiency Vulcan helps
through minimizing additional steps. Users can utilize

your company to reduce installation labor and
mistakes.
STREAMLINED FUNCTIONALITY
The streamlined import functionality improves the
workflow between CAD software such as Trimble®
DuctDesigner® 3D, estimating software through
Trimble® AutoBid® SheetMetal and field fitting
requests through Trimble® Field Fitting Input. The
Vulcan cutting software even provides an export back
to Trimble AutoBid SheetMetal allowing for post bid
cost reporting of the fabricated fittings.
