You need to demonstrate that you understand the PM concepts. • Remember that this is just a plan, without execution or control. • Submit your deliverables as two files: • Prepare a 10 minutes oral presentation. The presentation will be followed by 5 minutes discussion. • Use Microsoft PowerPoint for demonstration. • Try to avoid slides cluttered with text and use diagrams, when possible. • Keep in mind that you need to communicate your ideas clearly. • Feel free to follow the organization and style that you prefer. – a PDF file named as “FIRSTNAME_PF.PDF”. – an MPP file named as “FIRSTNAME_PF.MPP”. • The document should divided into 10 sections with each section as a Knowledge area management. • Write a paragraph at the beginning of each section to explain how you are managing the project with respect to this knowledge area. • Refer to figure A1‐7 pg 428 in the PMBOK to the required components. • The Microsoft Project file need to address scope, schedule, and cost.
