Primitive camping ($20 per night), 35 Amp electric hookup ($25 per night, requires step down adapter), 50 Amp electric hookup ($30 per night) will be available on Friday and Saturday night. Any horse staying on the grounds overnight must be in a stall. Stalls are available for $15 for the entire weekend, bring your own shavings, no shavings available on site. All CMSA Rules and MMSA policies apply. All Times Are Approximate! You must be a current CMSA member to participate in these shoots. All CMSA members will be required to show their current CMSA card. Please remember to have a copy of your negative Coggins if you have not already provided one this year. NO EXCEPTIONS! CAMPING AND GROUNDS USE INFORMATION Please enter the Fairgrounds via the west entrance, closest to Fleet Farm. The match director or another club member will be there to direct you and check you in after 4pm on Friday. If you are planning on arriving after 10pm, please contact the match director ahead of time for instructions on stalling your horse and camping. Overnight camping is available on Friday and Saturday night. All horses on the grounds overnight must be stalled at the request of the Fairgrounds. The Fairgrounds is located in a busy retail area with a lot of traffic, this request is for the safety of the horses and to reduce the possibility of a horse getting loose overnight. No horses are allowed in the campgrounds area or the Historical Society area of the Fairgrounds. Horses may only be in the area north of the arena and west of the pond, you may not ride your horse throughout the Fairgrounds. If you are camping, you must unload your horse at the stall barn before proceeding to the campground area if you wish to camp there. Overnight primitive camping is allowed just to the west of the horse barn, but space is limited, this is also the day parking area. The campgrounds with electrical hookups are located to the north and west of the arena beyond the pond. Primitive camping (no electrical hookup) is $20 per night per rig Electrical hookups with 35Amp (you need to provide a downsizer) are $25 per night Electrical hookups with 50Amp are $30 per night Stalls (required for all horses staying overnight) are $15 for the weekend Shavings are not provided or available on the grounds, please bring your own or go next door to Fleet Farm to buy them. All camping, parking, stalls, and any other area used by our event must be left in the same condition it was found when you leave. Garbage receptacles and manure dumping stations will be available.
