41st Annual Mount Dora Bicycle Festival
October 9-11, 2015
The 41st Annual Mount Dora Bicycle Festival will host over 1,500 cyclists the weekend of
October 9th—October 11th. The Mount Dora Area Chamber of Commerce
is now accepting registrations for sponsors, exhibitors, and vendors.
Each sponsor, exhibitor, and vendor will receive a 10’ x 10’ space. You will need to provide your own
tent, tables, chairs, & extension cords. $25 fee for electric hook-up.
Proof of liability insurance is required.
Vendor Fee:
$150.00 Mount Dora Area Chamber of Commerce Members
$325.00 Non-Mount Dora Area Chamber of Commerce Members
To reserve your space, please complete and return the vendor registration form, proof of liability
insurance, and payment no later than September 18, 2015.
There are a limited number of spaces and space is first come, first served.

Festival Day Arrival/Departure Procedure
The Vendor Village Coordinator will check vendors in and assign space. Vendor Village hours are 10am—5pm on Friday
and Saturday, and 10am-2pm on Sunday for non-cycling-related vendors. Your booth must be ready for guests by 10am each
day. Breakdown may not be prior to 5pm on Friday & Saturday and not prior to 2pm on Sunday. If you wish to remain open
later each day, you are encouraged to do so.
Space Clean Up
Vendors must maintain their space in a clean condition and remove all waste before leaving the festival each day.
Vendor Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you are unable to participate as a vendor in the festival, written notice must be received by the Mount Dora
Area Chamber of Commerce by 5:00pm on Friday, September 18, 2015. If written notice is not received by this date and
time, your Vendor Fee will be retained. Absolutely no refunds will be granted.
BY SIGNING BELOW, THE VENDOR AND THEIR EMPLOYEE (S) AGREE TO THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES AS LISTED ABOVE AND
AGREE NOT TO HOLD THE MOUNT DORA AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, EVENT COORDINATORS AND ANY OF ITS AGENTS LIABLE
FOR INJURIES OR LOSSES OR EXPENSES ARISING OUT OF ANY ACTIVITY ASSOCIATED WITH THE APPLICANT’S PARTICIPATION
IN THIS EVENT.
